Amara Vitality exists to support people in their embodiment journey, helping them feel empowered, curious, present, and at ease. I believe optimal health is not one-size-fits-all. Through an integrative approach rooted in somatic psychology, yoga, holistic health, and skincare, I offer personalized support for the whole person—mind, body, and skin.
Comprehensive Wellness
Health is not experienced in isolated parts. The mind, body, and skin are in constant conversation, each influencing how we feel, move, and live. Emotional patterns shape the nervous system, which influences movement and digestion, and these internal states are often reflected on the skin. A whole-system approach honors this interconnectedness, recognizing that lasting vitality comes from supporting the entire being rather than focusing on symptoms alone.
MIND
Guided meditation, breathwork, and reflection that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and self-trust. Rather than seeing the mind as something to fight or control, this work encourages a compassionate partnership with your thoughts and emotions. By cultivating awareness, you develop curiosity, insight, and a more harmonious relationship with your inner landscape, an essential foundation for a vibrant, fulfilling life.
BODY
At the core of my work is supporting people in returning to the body’s innate wisdom. I guide clients to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a more attuned and compassionate relationship with their bodies. Through mindful movement, touch, breath, and reflective practices, individuals learn to relate to their bodies not as something to fix or control, but as a responsive, intelligent system worthy of care, trust, and respect.
SKIN
Holistic skincare practices and that honor the skin as an integral part of the whole system. I offer facials that are tailored to your unique skincare needs while also supporting relaxation and balance throughout the entire system. This approach combines touch, mindful ritual, and lifestyle practices to cultivate awareness, support natural resilience, and foster a more compassionate, responsive relationship with your body. ​ ​​​​

Reiland Battreall
I’m Reiland, an integrative wellness practitioner and weaver of holistic care. I am a certified esthetician, integrative health coach, yoga and meditation instructor, and hold a degree in somatic psychology and yoga studies. Through an integrative, whole-person approach, I support clients in cultivating self-trust, vitality, and embodied awareness. My work invites a slowing down—an opportunity to listen inward and reconnect with the body as a wise, responsive system.
